Great neighborhood & very safe. I still live here so we would be sharing common areas except for 2 spare bedrooms & a spare bathroom that separates those bedrooms. If I am here while you are staying, I usually stay in my bedroom/office area when I know you are cooking, watching TV, etc. I have 2 semi-furnished bedrooms, a spare bathroom (includes tub/shower unit shared by guests only), full kitchen, great room, dining room, front porch, etc. All bedrooms lock from the inside for safety, if necessary. As indicated in photos, 1 bedroom has a queen bed & the other room has a queen air mattress. My community is close to 2 train stations (Wilmington & Claymont) & within approximately 1 hour from Philadelphia airport. Local bus stations are close by also. About 1 hour from Rehoboth & 1.5 from Ocean City, MD. Lots of surrounding restaurants, shops, wineries, golf, etc.
